About Us

Family-Owned Paving Experts Serving New Jersey for Three Generations

Generations of Trusted Paving Work

A&S Paving is a third-generation, family-run paving company rooted in the idea of doing things the right way—always. We started with one goal: provide dependable, detail-oriented asphalt work for our neighbors in Morris and Somerset Counties.

What began as a local operation quickly grew thanks to word of mouth. Why? Because we weren’t just laying asphalt. We were helping homeowners improve their curb appeal with smooth, seamless driveways. We were helping businesses create parking lots that could handle traffic without cracking under pressure.

A Legacy You Can Drive On

Over the decades, we’ve paved countless driveways, private roads, and commercial spaces across New Jersey—each one backed by careful planning and expert execution. Our long-standing client relationships—and the referrals that come from them—are proof of our consistent, honest service. For us, it’s not just about getting the job done. It’s about building something that lasts—and standing behind it long after the rollers leave your property.

The Right Tools and People for Every Job

We invest in high-end paving equipment, including reliable Blaw-Knox pavers and Caterpillar graders, to deliver smooth finishes and tight edges. Every piece of equipment we use is chosen for performance, speed, and accuracy—because efficiency shouldn’t mean cutting corners.

And when it comes to materials, we don’t compromise. We work with PennDOT-approved asphalt mixes designed to handle New Jersey’s weather, and when we install pavers, we rely on durable, long-lasting brands like Techo-Bloc and Cambridge.

Built on Word of Mouth and Results

There’s a reason we’ve become a trusted name for asphalt paving in NJ. It’s because we focus on doing things right and letting the results speak for themselves.

We’re a licensed and insured paving company serving homeowners and commercial clients across Northern and Central New Jersey. With hundreds of successful projects behind us, our reputation has been built the old-fashioned way: through referrals, positive reviews, and surfaces that still look good years later.

Why Choose A&S Paving?

A newly paved asphalt driveway curves through a green lawn toward a white house with black shutters, surrounded by trees and a rock-lined garden under a blue sky with scattered clouds.

It’s not just about getting the job done. It’s about doing it right with the kind of workmanship that stands the test of time.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our driveway (rather large) was badly in need of resurfacing. After meeting with and receiving an estimate from Anthony, we chose A&S Paving. It was the right decision. All work was performed competently and promptly. Although Anthony was on site for most of the day, this was unnecessary as all of his employees were excellent. Highly recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We got estimates from a few contractors. Anthony gave us the best price and his bid included more material and better quality asphalt than the others. He showed up the next day, completed the job in a few hours and it looks fantastic. We will be recommending him to everyone!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very good experience, had my concerns with the weather as it was going to rain. Anthony assured me it was fine and that the resurfacing driveway with asphalt, requires water. Love the driveway, looks great! And Anthony was on site to supervise the job! Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.
